**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**: Coordinating with various departments, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
- **Project Management**: Leading or supporting key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time. This may include managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Acting as a liaison between the executive and other employees and departments. This includes managing communications, preparing reports and presentations, and facilitating meetings.
- **Operational Support**: Overseeing the daily operations of the executive's office, including managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and handling administrative duties.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making**: Identifying and addressing issues that arise, providing recommendations, and supporting the executive in making informed decisions.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working at Microsoft




- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, senior business manager, or chief of staff, working with directors
- Running team meetings and tracking workstreams
- Managing the calendar of senior executives
- Working across org divisions with virtual teams
- Expert level of English fluency
- Extroverted, multitasking, proactive, with strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities
