Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Graphic Design: Develop engaging designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, web layouts, and more.
- Video Editing: Create and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, tutorials, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and videos are aligned with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into visuals and videos that communicate key messages effectively.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and videos, delivering polished final products.
- Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with design and video trends to ensure fresh, innovative content creation.
- **Essential Skills**:
- Design & Video Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant design and video editing tools.
- Creativity & Innovation:



Ability to generate fresh design ideas and produce compelling video content that captivates audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for color schemes, typography, layout, and video composition, ensuring high-quality output.
- Storytelling: Ability to craft visual narratives through both graphic design and video.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients, both verbally and in written form.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and video editing challenges and offer creative solutions.
- English level C1 - Native
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and professional video editing, preferably in a professional services, marketing, or creative agency setting.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and video editing work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, video production, or related field preferred but not required.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
