The Commercial Administrator will support the commercial activities of S2G and will report directly to the Sr Key Account Manager role. The Commercial Administrator will provide general sales support, with a focus on product analytics, operations and reporting at the account level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance of retailer deduction report “Green Report” (commercial promotions, price protections, general deductions etc) reconciliation with Account Receivables.
- Carry out basic analysis of the causes that originate errors and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
- Prepare reconciliations between retailers and S2G (Funds, activity numbers, sales agreements, promotions etc.)
- Weekly meetings with Sales (Key Account managers) to reconcile deductions differences and decide next steps.




- Daily interaction with finance to align monthly Account Receivable deduction balances and approved vendors funds.
- Interaction with different and diverse areas of the company to reconcile deductions and vendor activity funds.
**Requirements**:
- From 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (finance AR, sales administration)
- Bachelor´s Degree as Accountant, Business Management or related experience.
- Analytical, Focus to detail skills
- Teamwork, deal with ambiguity skills
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
- English - Intermediate Level
