**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts related to auto warranties.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and respect.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in collections or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collections software.
