**QUALITY RESIDENT**
**Role Summary**
- Immediate attention to quality problems and online customer inventories.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Joint analysis with the client to determine the root cause of the online impact due to quality or inventory problems.
- Coordinate material containment due to customer claims.
- Notification of preventive or corrective rejection on customer lines, issuance of quality alerts and clean points, monitoring or auditing of material receipt.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the company.
- Management and supervision of personnel assigned as third parties, GP12, inspectors.
- Ensure control of physical inventories and in the client system, notifying risks of line stoppage due to material shortages.
**Work Experience**
- Experience in automotive industry.
**Additional information**
- Industrial, mechanical, or similar engineer.
- IATF Standard 16949:2016, VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5
- Handling of measuring instruments
- Analysis of 8D problems
