**About this opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with vital stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Work in partnership with recruiters/business areas to initiate, manage, and supervise background processes.
- Use various tools such as MS Teams, MS Outlook, ATS (SuccessFactors), background system (Clariti), New Hire Tracker (MS Excel), and Ticketing system to effectively carry out responsibilities.
- Create and maintain a positive onboarding experience for all stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively while maintaining integrity.
- Active listening skills to identify root causes of onboarding issues and facilitate swift resolutions.
- Ability to manage onboarding flow and accurately update tickets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
