Digital Project Manager
Location: CDMX
Working in partnership with our client, the Digital Project Manager will manage end-to-end processes on digital marketing and social media projects directly with the client and our internal creative team.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate project activities in a matrix environment coordinate internal teams as a creative, quality and another teams to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Identify, measure and report on relevant project performance metrics/KPIs with internal team and client, creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports.
- Campaign implementation processes end to end.
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution and delivery.
- Influence and follow up with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met,



risks/issues are addressed, and project goals are achieved.
- Management of project in tools like: Monday, Asana, Trelo, etc.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Oral and written communication skills: Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams for the correct monitoring of projects as well as the negotiation and assignment of tasks in these.
- Problem-solving skills: Able to provide a resolution while remaining calm and being purposeful and creative in the proposals.
- Organization: Being very organized, correctly and comfortable with monitoring different projects at the same time, paying close attention to detail for their requirements and their correct delivery on time and with the best quality.
- Attention to detail: Being meticulous in the monitoring and delivery of details always aligned with client guidelines.
- Negotiation: Being able to communicate and reach an agreement on delivery dates, proposals and solutions for the different projects with all the teams involved.
- Organization: Carry out a punctual follow-up of different projects at the same time as well as the coordination of different teams.
- Coordination and management of teams: assertive communication both oral and written as well as a sense of organization for the correct coordination and attention with each member of the different teams and the assignment and evaluation of these.
- Self-confidence and independence:



Confidence and security in one's own abilities and knowledge in different situations, being able to handle situations and proposing effective solutions. Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk by oneself.
**Experience**:
- Must have: English Level: Advanced in Writing, Listening and Speaking.
- At least 3 years of provable experience as a Digital Project Manager with an agency background.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or similar
