We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Order Entry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and staff.
The Order Entry Supervisor will ensure accurate and timely order processing, quality customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This position requires excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the order processing department and provide guidance and direction to staff.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure quality customer service is provided.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot order processing issues and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze trends.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor’s degree.




2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, Distribution Centers, Customer Service or Call Centers.
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and order processing software.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
