Position: Head of recruitment and selection
**1. Objective**
Ensure the coverage of vacancies within the established times and based on corporate guidelines through the proposal and execution of tropicalized attraction strategies for the different companies of the Executive Directorate.
**2. Responsibilities**
1. Propose and execute the best attraction and recruitment strategy through the timely identification of personnel needs in companies.
2. Coordinate and supervise the effectiveness of the personnel recruitment and selection processes, validating that the established processes and guidelines are met.
3. Verify that the personnel integration process is carried out in accordance with internal procedures.
4. Carry out activities related to personnel management.
5. Execute the required activities that ensure compliance with the safety, hygiene and environmental policies established by the company.
