The Ops Sup Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deep investigation of economic situation, growth of competitors, real state development and other factors that could influence and drive Citibanamex branch network growth or decrease.
- Drive innovative thinking about tendencies and new formats and strategies to provide Citibanamex service to clients across Mexico.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of pilots regarding new formats considering all its implications (processes, head count, infrastructure and other requirements)
- Planning process of real estate projects aligning business priorities and financial/human resources availability
- Support the communication and approval of real estate strategy to senior stakeholders
- Inform and report the real estate plan execution to branches division and district directors in order to align expected outcomes
- Report the advance of project plans in alignment to budget and resources plan
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience managing a team
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution




- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, and Series 63
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
