Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and targets for both traditional resale and new home development projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee agent training and professional development.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Handle complex negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and ensure the success of projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in real estate sales,



with experience in both traditional and new home development.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Baja California, including new home developments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
