- Under general supervision, performs varied purchasing assignments.
- Meet targets and achieve annual budget savings.
- Liaison between Engineering and vendors.
- Analyze demands and make purchase required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Work with purchasing good practices.
- Following up on time delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Perform other duties or special projects as requested.
- Performs purchasing guidelines to achieve the company goals.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree
- English: Fluent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sourcing or supply chain department.
- Experience in purchasing Raw Materials in the medical, aerospace or automotive sector.
- Experience in supplier development and cost reduction strategies
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships skills.




- Ability to read and understand MRP and placing purchase orders, safety stock levels, sales order, shortage reports, engineering projects. Knowledge of PC and database programs, including MS Office (Excellent Excel skills preferable).
- Must have excellent organizational and typing skills.
