Customer Service Representative

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- **Order Processing**:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and empathy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $15,757.49 - $18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 02230, Santa Bárbara, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
