We are seeking a **Solution Architect** to spearhead our Application Modernization initiative using Generative AI technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate multiple projects and interfaces, ensuring successful integration among diverse teams and stakeholders within EPAM
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI software engineering and emerging market solutions
- Clearly and effectively communicate within a general team to align on project goals and requirements
- Tackle complex issues using robust problem-solving skills and contribute to executive decision-making processes
- Explore and optimize the utilization of EPAM's tools and frameworks to enhance capabilities in client engagements
- Adapt swiftly and efficiently in a fast-moving and dynamic work setting
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Understanding of data concepts and familiarity with UI frameworks
- Competency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and integrating various teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in the English language, both in writing and speaking
- Entrepreneurial and integrative mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic, creative thinking
