RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, enhance, and maintain existing codebase
- Construct backend microservices and REST APIs
- Implement and maintain unit testing
- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Adhere to best practices including code review, unit testing, continuous integration, and others
- Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies
- Engage in estimation and planning sessions to forecast project timelines and resources
- Provide mentorship to other developers and collaborate with peers to foster a knowledge-sharing environment
- Work closely with offshore teams, aiding in the resolution of their dependencies and blockers
- Maintain direct and effective communication with customers
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Spring Framework
- Proficient in designing and developing secure backend services and APIs
- Experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Skilled in designing and developing Single Page Applications
- Knowledgeable in secure services design
- Able to estimate development tasks accurately
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture
- Proficient in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical capabilities




- Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher
