We are looking for a talented D365 CRM Consultant for a long-term collaboration with our CRM team.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with at least 3 of the following Dynamics 365 products: Customer Insights, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Projects Operation
- Pre-sales experience
- At least one Microsoft certification for a Functional Consultant role in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service
- Experience in user training activities
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
**Nice to have**:
- Business domain knowledge in several industries such as financial services, manufacturing, retail, or others
