**Responsibilities**
- CSP Parts Management.
- Our key KPI is to ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).
- Owners to drive any Supply or Material Allocation.
- Interlock with Multiple teams on critical orders and open issues.
- Interlock with suppliers and logistics
- Customer facing
- Shortage analysis and reporting
- Deal with special customer requirements.
- Control risk buy
- Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers.
**Position Requirements**
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP S4, IPS, BSR
- English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Customer Service skills.
- Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.
