Position Description: Project Architect
We’re a fast growing, award winning, design firm focusing on ground up single family residential and commercial projects in Austin and Houston TX. Currently we're hiring a Project Architect to join our team and work collaboratively with our other designers on a range of projects from concept to completion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Independently coordinate projects
- Produce architectural plan sets and details from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
- Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
- Research building materials and generate specifications
- Review technical standards with precision
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Sketchup, and rendering software
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Construction Documents preparation
- Ability to manage projects and mentor junior associates




- Demonstrated experience in large-scale and complex projects
- Preference for experience in single family, multi-unit retail and industrial developments
- Full understanding of architectural principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong conceptual design abilities
- Effective communication with supervisors in both Spanish and English preferred.
