Prepare and verify the necessary documentation for transportation.
Coordinate with transportation providers and schedule deliveries.
Ensure that products are properly packaged and labeled.
Track shipments and keep customer information up to date.
Resolve incidents and manage claims related to shipments.
Maintain fluid communication with customers and other areas of the company.
Evaluate and improve shipping processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experiência y requisitos
Career in logistics, international trade, business administration, supply chain management or related field.
4 years of experience in a similar position.
Advanced English Skills
Advanced handling of office packages.
Knowledge of personnel management.
Knowledge of logistics and shipping management.




Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
Customer orientation and ability to maintain good business relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team.
Knowledge of regulations and legal requirements related to transportation and logistics management tools and software.
