**Summary**: A Junior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by contributing to planning, coordination, communication, and monitoring efforts under the guidance of more experienced project management professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Project Planning: Assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Facilitating communication among project team members, organizing meetings and documenting minutes.
- Monitoring Progress: Tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure they align with project plans. Identifying potential risks or delays and reporting them to the lead Project Manager.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting reviews and tests if necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation, including schedules, and reports.
- Providing regular updates to lead Project Manager.
- Risk Management:



Identifying risks associated with the project. Assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
**Skills Required**:
- 1 - 2 years of Project Management.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Experience in Agile Methodology and Scrum.
- Experience managing projects in Jira Software.
- Organized, diligent of time management.
- Friendly, communicative people-person.
- Excellent writing and spelling.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Persuasion and Leadership.
