Bilingual billing specialists wanted
Our Monterrey Office keeps on growing! We started less than 3 years ago with 4 people in Monterrey and now that we're north of a 100 people, we still need more like-minded individuals to roll with us!
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full-cycle billing reconciliation process
- Direct interaction with our customers and vendors
- Ownership of our current policies and procedures for operations billing process
- Weekly and ad hoc reporting request by management
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis




- Proven experience in Accounts Receivables
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software/systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- SaaS and NetSuite experience, trucking/transportation background, and an understanding of Accounting Principles preferred
Compensation: $27,500 MXN
