**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using TALEND ETL to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
- Oversee the administration of Talend Administration Centre to manage and monitor ETL jobs effectively.
- Implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Utilize SQL to perform data extraction transformation and loading tasks.
- Provide expertise in Unix Shell Scripting to automate and streamline ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing procedures.
- Monitor and optimize ETL job performance to ensure timely data availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.
- Document ETL processes data flows and system configurations for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and ETL.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.




- Support the Payer domain by developing data solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Data WareHousing Concepts and ETL processes.
- Must have expertise in Talend Administration Centre and TALEND ETL.
- Must be proficient in SQL and Unix Shell Scripting.
- Must have experience in Scheduling Basics and Data Integration.
- Must have domain expertise in Payer.
- Nice to have experience in other ETL tools and data warehousing technologies.
- Nice to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
- Nice to have knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
