**Regional Finance Specialist IS/IT**
**General Description**:
Working in the Regional Finance team that supports NNA, NMEX and NRFM, responsible for the day to day running of the IS/IT OPEX RTB (Run the Business) expenses and reporting. Working closely with Internal stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and provide accurate information to aid in decision making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial information - Monthly P&L;, Forecasts, Business Plans
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts, recommending actions for optimization.
- Process Improvement - Analyze the current processes in place and identify how as a team we can improve and become more efficient
- Ensure that the company DOA is being followed - Purchase Requisition Approvals
- Manage Chargeback Process with Affiliates and Internal Business
- Management of intercompany processes
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
**Minimum Requirements**
**Education/Certification**:Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Economics or related (desirable)
**Previous Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of budget controller (must)
- Minimum of 3 years of FPA (desirable)
- Experience of process standardization




- Experience in executive presentations
**Language**: English - Intermediate
**Must Have**

- Business partner
- Up-to-date knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.
- SAP Experience
- ** Excel** (Advanced)
- Experience in **Hyperion**:
- Experience in **Tableau**:
- Pro-active Mindset
**Nice to Have**
- PowerPivot experience
- Strong understanding of IT financial management.
