**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, or digital transformation projects.
Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger, Postman, or OpenAPI. Strong ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
**Nice to have**:
Certifications in Technical Writing, UX Writing, or Agile Documentation.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation for digital transformation projects, including user manuals, system documentation, API documentation, process workflows, and knowledge bases.




Collaborate with IT, software development, and business transformation teams to understand new digital tools and technologies.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content for non-technical stakeholders.
Create training materials and e-learning content to support change management efforts.
Ensure documentation aligns with best practices, company policies, and industry standards.
Work with UX/UI designers to improve digital adoption through clear in-app guidance and tooltips.
Support governance and compliance by maintaining records of digital process changes.
Conduct user research and feedback analysis to improve documentation clarity and effectiveness.
Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and transformation trends to continuously improve documentation.
