- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Specialist located in Aguascalientes._
- What a typical day looks like:_
- _ Internal Marketing_
- _ Coordinate visits and visitors_
- _ Share corporate communication_
- _ Attend customer internal and external calls_
- _ Support acitivites for top management_
- _ Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer._
- _ Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams._
- _ Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas._
- _ Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues._




- _ Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control._
- _ Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables._
- _ Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc._
- _ Assist in the management of larger projects/programs._
- _ Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups._
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:_
- _ Bachelor´s Degree_
- _ Fluent English_
- _ Experience in Autocad._
- _ Customer handling_
- _ Expertise with Power Point_
- _ Excel_
- _ P&L; and finance basics_
- _ Graphic design_
- _ As graphic designer or similar_
- _ Customer service_
- _ Creating executive presentations_
- _ Skills to coordinate internal events(visitors)_
