We are a leading company in the metal-mechanical sector located in Atizapán de Zaragoza, just 10 minutes from Bodegas. We are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we are looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Executive to strengthen our team.
What will you do in this position?
- Manage the requirements of assigned clients, including quotes, developments and order tracking.
- Coordinate with the internal areas of the plant to guarantee fluid and effective communication between the company and customers.
- Provide support to clients with requests, questions or clarifications in a professional and efficient manner.
Work mainly with clients in English, so an intermediate or advanced level of English is essential.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Completed, intern or truncated degree in related areas.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service.
Technical skills:




- Intermediate-advanced English (essential).
- Management of ERP systems.
- Excel at intermediate level.
