Overview:
Plan, develop, implement and establish control mechanisms for the company's processes, aligned with the standards and regulations applicable to each of the processes.
**Job Description**:
- Plan and develop the administration of processes and their interactions, coordinating the WoW system in sections, quality and Engineering.
- Plan, develop, implement and establish control mechanisms for the processes for the administration of new projects and their interactions.
- Establishes work standards through time and motion study analysis to maximize productivity, maintain expected quality levels, and comply with company requirements and policies.
- Participates in the generation of new services by understanding customer requirements, analyzing processes and determining direct labor and material needs.
- Manages and controls the documents of the comprehensive management system.
- Manages and controls the maintenance and calibration processes of measurement, testing and adjustment equipment.
- Manages and controls the process of assigning services to vehicles in VPC according to customer requirements.
- Manages and controls the change management process in the organization.




- Leads monitoring of preventive actions and corrective actions on the comprehensive management system.
- Train administrative staff on the Comprehensive training system.
- Plan and design stations and work areas with respect to the indicators and programmed activities as part of comprehensive management.
- Monitors quality, material conditions, processes and services with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree / Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position within the industry (Manufacturing, automotive and/or logistics), with personnel management in charge.
- Knowledge: HOE / SOPs (Development of Standard Operation Sheets), Kaizen (Application of continuous improvement processes), TQM (Application of Quality management processes), Office Package, statistical control, AutoCAD, execution of audits, Definition of Aspects and Environmental impacts.
- Required language: Intermediate/Advanced English
