Advance your career as a **Senior Finance and Accounting Analyst** in **Queretaro**. Join our team and ensure that financial and administrative processes within IES are performed according to Corporate Policies, SLA, and US GAAP requirements. As a Senior Finance and Accounting Analyst, you will own substantial processes, provide accounting and corporate policy guidelines, and collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, IC, Corporate, and Tax teams to deliver exceptional results.

- **Solve Critical Accounting Challenges**: Take on complex accounting tasks, develop innovative solutions, and deliver impactful results.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Maintain adherence to key controls, corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory regulations.
- **Standardize and Optimize Processes**: Enhance service delivery, drive process simplification and automation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Manage End-to-End Accounting Processes**: Oversee **month-end close, financial reporting, tax matters, and account reconciliations**, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Analyze Financial Data**: Conduct **in-depth financial analyses** for both **US GAAP** and **Local GAAP** reporting.
- **Identify and Communicate Risks & Opportunities**: Proactively assess financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights to stakeholders.
- **Document and Improve Processes**: Maintain up-to-date, well-documented accounting processes and regularly refresh training materials.
- **Account Integration**: Ensure seamless integration and reconciliation of accounts.
- **Support Audits**: Address and fulfill audit requirements, ensuring transparency and compliance.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP; strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills; detail oriented.
- **Language**: Advanced English proficiency.
