**AUTOMOTIVE CREDIT INSURANCE MANAGER (NO SALES)**
**EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Bachelor´s degree or above in Finance, Bussiness Administration or related preferred
- 3 + years of experience in auto agency management, operations or a related role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Supervise the activities of brokers and insurers related to client policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
- Establish and manage quote processes, policy issuance, payments, claims and repairs.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and reports to improve efficiency.




- Implement process automation projects.
- Guarantee effective communication with all internal areas and external partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal processes. Define and analyze conditions and prices of the insurance program.
- Coordinate insurance training for sales teams
- Lead the Insurance Committee, presenting quarterly reports to directors.
