Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs (inside sales experience is a plus).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experiência y requisitos
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is required; B2B experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
