**HP Renew Solutions is** seeking a highly organized and driven Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will act as a Chief of Staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our portfolio management function and driving successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will be a key partner to the Renew VP of Product and Offering and the broader team, providing support and coordination across various business management functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
- Analyze portfolio performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- ** Strategic Project Management**:
- Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- ** Operational Efficiency**:
- Streamline and optimize portfolio management processes and workflows.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- ** Team Cohesion & Communication**:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.




- Plan and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and offsites.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team and with other departments.
- Represent Renew Solutions Product and Offering team in strategic cross functional initiatives.
- ** Special Projects**:
- Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the VP Renew Solutions Product and Offering
- In collaboration with other teams, conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to help guide the strategic direction of the Renew Portfolio.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a portfolio management, project management, or operations environment.
- Proven ability to track performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
