That's why we're looking for a seasoned trainer to help new and existing employees master the skills they need to drive outstanding customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Play a key role in the delivery of high impact training programs tailored to the specific needs of post-sales customer-facing employees that positively impact employee productivity and achieve desired business outcomes; primary audience will be new hires in Customer/Technical Support.
- Conduct engaging training experiences, utilizing cutting-edge adult-learning techniques and tools to engage learners and maximize knowledge / skill retention.
- Confidently and effectively facilitate and present programs while keeping audiences engaged and delivering a clear and memorable message.
- Consult effectively with key stakeholders to develop precise learning outcomes ahead of training design and execution.
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends, tools, and best practices to seamlessly integrate them into training programs.
- Adapt training techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds within the audience; Ability to seamlessly adjust execution between in-person vs. virtual learner cohorts.
- Execute workload with strong program management skills, including managing milestones, meeting deliverables, prioritization, knowing who to keep informed, why and how often, and knowing when to escalate.
- Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of rigorous assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas of future improvement
- Monitor the performance of learners pre and post-training to measure the direct impact of training programs on individual and team success
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers.
- Act as a bridge between Enablement to office-based roles, including Workplace Services, Account Management - Central Queue, Customer Onboarding, and Support, ensuring alignment in processes, messaging, and enablement strategies.
- This role will require attendance in the Mexico City office for scheduled in-person training programs and adhere to OpenTable's Return to Office (RTO) policy.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelors Degree with 3 yrs+ of relevant professional experience (Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences both in person and virtually.
- Ability to leverage impactful training methods and technologies to create engaging learning experiences.
- Adept at analyzing data to inform decisions, including an ability to understand and communicate key metrics of a business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with excellence, including an ability to perform well under pressure and against aggressive goals and deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze training effectiveness, making decisions driven by data insight
- Business proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional consideration for French language skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to support global training initiatives.
