We are looking for Sales & Supply Support Coordinator to support our operations in Mexico.
The main objective of this role is to support the organization and efficient operation of an office or department. This is achieved through administrative and support tasks that facilitate document management, internal and external communication, and workflow process tracking.
This resource will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Supply Team, acting as a bridge/facilitator between suppliers and clients and various AEG operational teams (pricing,



billing, accounts receivable, operations, etc.). The employee will be directly responsible for attending to client inquiries and will maintain direct contact with clients to send quotes, assist with order queries, set up new accounts, and input information into our sales tracking system.
**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:
- ** Document management and filing**: Request, organize, share with different teams, file, and keep client documents in order and up to date as required.
- ** Customer and supplier service**: Provide support to clients and suppliers, answer inquiries, and perform administrative tasks. Follow up and support promptly in cases of customer complaints or disputes until resolved.
- ** Accounts Receivable Information**: Responsible for updating the status of overdue accounts and presenting progress in weekly meetings, monitoring each client's credit.
- ** Customer Setup / Information in Sales Force**: Request and input new customer information into the company's various systems.
- ** Updating and monitoring supplier prices**: Receive, monitor, and share price information and updates from our suppliers in AEG's systems.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- University degree preferably in Engineering or administrative areas.
- Complete mastery of Excel, and average use of the rest of Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc).
- Total customer service attitude and vocation.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactivity, drive, and teamwork.
- Ability to travel to Toluca (not daily).
- Passionate about results.
