As a **Senior Incircuit Test Engineer,** you will be responsible for designing custom solutions to efficiently check electrical quality on complex circuit board assemblies.
**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- Partner with both the functional test design engineers and the manufacturing teams to successfully meet customer requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in multiple phases for the Product Realization Process, without direction from mentors or functional management.
- ** Design and develop** test fixtures that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholders (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs.
- Lead the test strategy and focus on design for testability.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.
- Integrate into the manufacturing sites by providing on-site installations, sharing knowledge,



and providing continuous support.
**Education/Experience Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- Five (5) years of related experience is required.
- Experience with ICT platforms is required. Experience with the Keysight i3070 Platform is preferred.
- Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.
- Ability to problem solve independently.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members.
