We are looking for a talented **MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE** to join our team specializing in **MANUFACTURING** for our **CUMMINS MOTORES** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Generate and update flowcharts for manufacturing operations.
- Document new processes and update existing documentation.
- Analyze operational capability to identify productivity improvements and waste elimination.
- Price work with suppliers and record purchase orders in the Ariba system.
- Perform technical design studies, including geometric tolerances.
- Understand and map remanufactured component journeys in key processes.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Intermediate management of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).




- Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and ergonomic analysis.
- Safety at work.
- LOTO Process for equipment lockout.
- Humantech, Ergonomic Analysis of Operations.
- Lean Manufacturing (CLC), Takt Time, Line Balancing, Waste, Bottleneck Management.
- Technical drawing, Geometric tolerances.
