To strengthen our teams and development in Mexico, we are looking for an energetic **Sales Coordinator**.
This job has unlimited income potential for someone who is motivated to work.
**MISSIONS**
- Understand how to read product specifications and proceed quotation by yourself.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations and related documents.
- Manage and handle quotations at suppliers.
- Understand the price trend and cost breakdown of PCB product and able to negotiate with supplier for the best price.
- Assist the Sales Engineer to handle the quotation and find a solution to sales to reach customer target.
- Release order to supplier/system correctly.
- Support the Sales Engineer to gain new business and develop the existing business.
- Having System management skill to manage our quotation and order release system. Handle reporting for Sales and Marketing activities.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good English writing and acceptable level for speaking.
- Your good communication level is mandatory to maintain a good relationship with Sales and Suppliers；
- Self motivated to solve the problems from system,



improve project transformation rate and find solution to solve customer problems.
- Willing to support the rest of the team when they are on leave or unexpected things happen.
- Positive to solve problem from China team and USA team.
- Handle quotation very carefully to avoid mistaking.
- Computers skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
