As part of the DSS division, you will work with a dynamic group of leaders and professionals dedicated to advancing employee engagement and capability development. Our team is focused on partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful learning strategies and programs, ensuring that we meet regulatory requirements and align with our organizational goals.
**What You Will Do**:
- Collaborate with people leaders to implement strategies and programs that support capability building and cultural change.
- Identify training needs and provide customized solutions for technical and core training.
- Assist in the development of annual learning plans and evaluate both internal and external training providers.




- Measure and evaluate the business impact of capability development initiatives using various KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Actively engage in 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs, recommending improvements as needed.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with skills in curriculum design and training vendor evaluation.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level (Independent User) for effective communication.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivering management and leadership development solutions.
**What Will Put You Ahead**:
- Certification or diploma in Adult Learning or Training.
- Lean certification (yellow or green belt).
- Proven track record in measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives and leading Lean projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and addressing training needs.
