**Your Job**
As Facilities EHS Manager you will be responsible for maintaining running Operations, keeping the facilities and equipment in excellent condition. Improve cost of the operations related with all utilities in our facilities; leading the development, implementation, and managing of EHS programs, policies, and procedures, focused on the construction of new facilities.

Will implement and supervise all the Facilities and EHS requirements for the construction of new sites
**What you will do**
- Maintain running Operations keeping the facilities and equipment in excellent condition.
- Improve cost of the operations related with all utilities in our facilities.
- Conduct analysis of environmental impact to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permissions for construction projects and plant processes
- Review and analyzes environmental documentation issued by regulatory agencies; collaborates with regulatory agencies to determine preventive and corrective action plans.
- Evaluate proposed regulations to determine financial, industrial, public and environmental impact.
- Interact with regulatory agencies to resolve compliance issues; establishes permit requirements and assists in regulatory audits.
- Represent the Company in government and industry rule-making activities.
- Identify and address activities that could threaten workers' health or safety. This includes recommending safety measures,
inspecting workplace environments and practices for compliance, and investigating the causes of reported incidents.
- Promote and provide employee awareness/ Facilities EHS training
**Who you are**
- Bachelors' degree required In Engineering or similar related to the position
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position
- **Facilities /EHS expert**:
- English Professional Proficiency
**What will put you ahead**
- Experience working with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience conducting risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS and Legal regulations
- EHS Management Systems, Ergonomics and Behavior Based Safety principles
- Environmental sustainability knowledge
- Good Communications skills
