**Our client**:
Our client is a community management company that has an operating history that goes back more than 30 years through our various acquisitions and branch operations.
The main activities of an **Appointment Setter** are:
- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily
- Research community board members through various public websites
- Utilize contact databases to find accurate contact information
- Maintain an organized database of prospects for the sales team
- Utilize sales tools and CRM to log all activity
- Perform scheduled follow-ups with leads
- Schedule meetings for local executive teams
- Follow up with existing sales leads
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday
- Standard time: 09:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m Mexico City time
- Daylight saving: 08:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Mexico City time

**Minimum requirements**
- **MUST: Advanced English skills (speaking and writing)**:
- High School diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Goal-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
