**What You'll Do**:
As a Router Planning Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include:
**Designing and Optimizing Delivery Routes** - Create daily routing solutions that balance efficiency, cost, and service levels using specialized tools.




**Collaborating Across Regions** - Work closely with local sales and operations teams in different countries to tailor solutions to specific market needs.
**Driving Process Improvement** - Identify opportunities to enhance routing processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
**Managing Multiple Priorities** - Operate in a dynamic scheduling environment, working five days a week (including some late afternoon/evening shifts) to align with front-line operations.
Qualifications:
**What You Bring to the Team**:
**Education** - bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
**Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**
**kills** - Strong mathematical reasoning, ability to interpret metrics, and drive data-based decisions.
Flexibility to work night shifts to support integral operations.
**Self-Management & Organization** - Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

**Technical Proficiency** - Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.
**Experience in Operations** - Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, transportation, or manufacturing is a plus.
**Presentation & Visualization Skills** - Ability to summarize complex information and present ideas effectively using diagrams and reports.
