- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative, ensuring team productivity and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Skilled in fostering an environment where team members communicate openly, share insights, and collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.
- In-depth knowledge of Safe and Scrum methodologies,



guiding Agile teams to follow best practices for efficient workflows and successful project outcomes.
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration, streamlining processes and improving team communication.
- Skilled in generating and analyzing reports and KPIs to assess performance, supporting informed decision-making and strategic improvements.Experience Identifying and Mitigating Potential Risks
