We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting Google as a **Partner Expertise Content Creator**
**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Program Management: Oversee the Partner Expertise initiative, ensuring smooth operations, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Communication & Coordination: Manage internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, program calendars, and meetings.
- Process & Documentation: Maintain documentation, standardize organizational practices, and update resources related to Partner Expertise.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, track key metrics, and support decision-making through dashboards and reports.
- Content & Resource Development: Create and update program materials, including designation lists, guidelines, and internal documentation.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Functional Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and cloud/enterprise products (preferred)
- Technical Skills:




- Experience with project management and content development
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and MS Office
- Stakeholder management and process improvement
- Experience:
- 5-8 years in IT/software, with at least 2 years in the partner ecosystem
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, Sales, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred)

- Efficient onboarding and pipeline management
- Successful market coverage for key partner segments
- Effective program operations, reporting, and administration
- Alignment of Expertise designations with new product/solution areas
- Timely issue resolution and continuous documentation updates
