We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **.Net Developer**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using ASP.NET ASP.NET Core.Net Core and.NET.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews automated testing and continuous integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions.
**Required Skills**:
- 9 to 13 years of experience
- Must have strong experience in ASP.NET ASP.NET Core.Net Core and.NET.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.




- Must have experience with agile development methodologies.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
- Should have knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Must have experience with version control systems like Git.
- Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Must have experience with technical documentation.
- Should have a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Should have experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Must have a strong understanding of security and data protection standards.
**Certifications Required**:
**Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified:.NET Developer**
