We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to act as the crucial communication link between valued customers and the dealership. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Respond to inbound sales inquiries, schedule appointments, and diligently follow up with customers and prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Proactively reach out to existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
- **CRM Management**: Manage and update the customer database (CRM), ensuring accuracy and completeness of all customer information.



Update customer information and log detailed customer comments within the CRM.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate follow-up with in-store sales associates and managers, ensuring a smooth customer service/sales process.
- **Customer Communication**: Answer customer phone calls and online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- **Outbound Sales**: Make outbound sales calls, confirm appointments, and follow up with sales leads. Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with customers.
- **Phone Operations**: Ensure phones are answered promptly and professionally throughout your scheduled shift.
- **Customer Experience**: Provide a best-in-class customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- **Sales experience on cars field**
Pay: $20,200.00 - $24,190.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Car field sales: 1 year (preferred)
