**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage defect tracking using JIRA and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Implement and maintain test and defect management processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute testing cycles.
- Leverage TOSCA for automated testing to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes.
- Provide training and support to junior testers.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.




- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting.
- Have extensive experience with Defect Tracking Tools JIRA.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Test and Defect Management.
- Show a solid understanding of Agile Methodologies.
- Have hands-on experience with TOSCA.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Have a strong attention to detail and quality.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
