- Ensure seamless operations by adhering to corporate policies and optimizing cash flow strategies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and workload balance for efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and metrics.
- Manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve key challenges.
- Ensure compliance with audits and internal controls.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- **8+ years of Accounts Payable experience**, including **3+ years in leadership**.




- **Bachelor’s degree** in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (**MBA preferred**).
- Expertise in accounting, controlling, and SOX compliance; **SAP experience is a plus**.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- **Fluent in English.**
