We are seeking a talented individual to join our UX Design team.
**This role will be based in Mexico City, Torre Mayor office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.**
As a UX Data Visualization Designer, you will be instrumental in building wireframes and prototypes based on user requirements. You will have the opportunity to interact with various areas of Marsh, manage internal clients, and work within a diverse general team that enhances solutions and innovation, particularly focusing on Power BI and Qlik Sense management.
We will count on you to:
Understand the business requirements and data elements required for effective visualization.
Build user-friendly prototypes that are easy to navigate and visually appealing,



bringing key insights from data.
Update prototypes based on user inputs and feedback from the technical team.
Help standardize reports across the organization without compromising creativity.
Be familiar with various visualization tools and prototype building tools.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree.
5 years of experience in data management using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
Knowledge of Azure (desirable).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
English proficiency (must have).
