GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supervising the team of cyclical accountants, as well as leading audit programs in the different warehouses and production areas in order to ensure correct availability of material through inventory accuracy metrics. Participates in interdepartmental projects for the improvement of processes and controls.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in inventory control. Experience with people management.
**Education**: Logistics engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering or similar.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Leadership skills, motivation and integration of work teams.
Effective and interdepartmental communication.
Knowledge of spreadsheets (intermediate - advanced) and graphics management.
Strong knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of inventory control and material management in warehouses and production areas.
Follow-up on KPIs.
Problem solving.
Bilingual Spanish / English.
Analytical
Knowledge in continuous improvement and Lean tool

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow-up on Safety criteria and programs. Provide a safe work environment for your team and colleagues.
Participation in weekly Logistics safety meeting and internal gembas. Follow-up on detected findings.
Carry out inventory veracity audit programs and ensure timely execution.
Maintain governance with operations teams to present warehouse audit results and request actions.
Manage inventory veracity indicators and update Process Monitoring Dashboards.
Support the analysis and investigation of inventory discrepancies and prepare presentations with results and conclusions.
In charge of the site inventory adjustment process and maintain financial metrics.



Detect main contributors and processes to improve.
Support in the planning and execution of the annual inventory together with the team of cyclical accountants and inventory analysts.
In charge of counting obsolete raw materials for each model year change to provide correct visibility of coverage and risks.
Monitoring the team's competency matrix and supporting talent development.
Ensuring implementation and monitoring of BRPMS tools.
Monitoring BSC indicators and use of 3MI when they are not met.
Ensuring participation and compliance with training programs for the team.
Participating in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
