**Buscamos Arte Jr en**Monterrey Actual, León**
**¿Qué harás?**
- Realizar propuestas visuales para las diferentes campañas solicitadas (arte).
- Entregar devoluciones al equipo interno con propuestas que resuelvan las entregas.
- Detectar áreas de oportunidad en procesos y devoluciones.
- Buscar oportunidades de campañas o ideas creativas fuera de las que sean presentadas en briefs de cliente.
- Proponer ideas para premios basadas en la estructura que manejamos en el equipo creativo (commerce).
**Skills Requeridos.**
- Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico.




- Experiência mínima de 2 años.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en colaboración como parte de un equipo.
- Comunicación asertiva, atención y escucha activa, empatía, trabajo en equipo, planificación y orientación a resultados.
- **Ingles Avanzado**
