**Position**: Gas Turbine Engineer**:

We are seeking an experienced **Gas Turbine Engineer** to join our **Rotating Equipment Division**, part of the **Equipment Consulting Services Department**. This division plays a vital role in supporting the company's operating assets and capital projects, as well as driving technological innovation to solve complex challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
As a Gas Turbine Engineer, you will lead the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to plant machinery, with a focus on gas turbines and associated equipment. Your work will directly contribute to our strategic goals of operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
° Provide expert technical consultation for rotating equipment, including gas turbines and diesel engines.
° Review and approve design specifications, ratings, and equipment selections for new projects and modifications.
° Develop and maintain company standards and best practices related to gas turbines and diesel systems.
° Identify and implement value-added technologies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
° Offer technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and team members.
° Prepare and submit detailed engineering reports and case studies based on real-world equipment performance and failure analysis.
° Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. A Master’s degree is preferred.
° Experience:
Minimum of 20 years in rotating equipment engineering, with a strong focus on gas turbines in refineries, chemical plants, or gas processing facilities.
° Proficient in gas turbine performance analysis, troubleshooting, and repair—including auxiliary systems (fuel systems, lube oil, air intake, and control systems).
° Demonstrated experience in component-level overhauls, including blades, vanes, combustors, etc.
° In-depth knowledge of international standards and API codes relevant to rotating equipment.
° Proven ability to author engineering reports—submit at least five recent reports or case histories on rotating equipment with a focus on gas turbines.
° Solid background in diesel engine troubleshooting and performance evaluation.
